Marathi is an everyday house for a three-member family that wants to feel close to nature and loves simplicity and natural materials. Its concept design creates a family house of 160 sqm on the Athens beach of Schinias, with its best feature being the natural lighting & air flow inside the house. The architecture tackles the challenging narrow plot by introducing a layout that creates spaces in a way that helps the outdoors to enter the inside of the house.
